What happens if one of the plants I have purchased gets sick or dies?

Plants are living things, and therefore cannot be guaranteed. Things can happen to plants despite the best of care. Should something happen to one of the plants you have purchased within 72 hours, the store will be happy to fully credit you back and consult to find out what went wrong.


How often will someone need to come to my home/business?

To adequately care for plants, they will require visits between 7-10 days apart. Number of visits are determined by season (temperature, weather) and plant varieties. Visits are short and non-disruptive, and can happen at any time of day/week most convenient to you.


What happens if I move? Does your service cover transportation to my new home/business?

In the event that you move to a new home or business, we can offer assistance in packaging and transporting plants for a reasonable service fee.


Do I need to be mindful of my children/pets around the plants?

We do ask that you keep an eye on pets and children when they are around indoor plants, until they are used to having them in their environment. Some plants can be toxic if ingested. If this is a concern, we have many non-toxic plants available.
